Top Beverly Hills Invisalign Dentist in LA
As a patient, you have many options in fixing crowded, misaligned, crooked, rotated, or gaps (diastema). Beautiful smiles start with even and straight teeth.
Looking for Top Beverly Hills Invisalign dentist in LA?
Dr. Goodman DDS DMD takes a modern approach to straightening teeth by using a custom-made series of aligners created just for you.
These aligner trays are made of smooth, comfortable, BPA-free plastic that you simply wear over your teeth. They look very much like bleaching trays. Wearing the aligners will gradually and gently shift your teeth into place, based on the exact movements your dentist plans for you.
The key to success with Invisalign is the treatment plan on the computer. Results are predictable and permanent. Before we order the trays, we have a 3D simulation program. With this tool, you can see your teeth’s movement progress (12 months of treatment, for example) in a 30-second movie. You will be able to evaluate how your teeth are moved and what the result will look like. If you like the result on the simulation, we will order Invisalign for you. As an option, we can also give you complimentary bleaching gel, so you can whiten your teeth as you are wearing the custom trays (Invisalign). This way you can get the most reward for your efforts: straighter and naturally whiter teeth.
There are no metal brackets to attach and no wires to tighten. You simply pop in a new set of aligners approximately every week until your treatment is complete, and you achieve the confident smile that you’ve always wanted. The aligners are to be worn 20-22 hours a day for best results and taken out only when eating, flossing, and brushing your teeth. Another advantage of Invisilign is that it will be easier to floss, unlike the conventional metal braces, which require special cleaning to maintain good oral hygiene. Throughout the treatment, appointments will be scheduled about every six weeks for Dr. Goodman to check the progress of the treatment.
One major advantage is that most people won’t even know you’re straightening your teeth. In our office, we have a two great dentists on staff, Dr. Lisa Kim and Dr. Goodman, who has worked with Invisalign for the past 10 years.
Left (Before Invisalign): Patient had a gap between #8 and #9 as well as missing adjacent teeth next to #8 and #9 (#7 and #10 were missing). We used Invisalign to close the gap between the two front teeth (#8 and #9) and placed a specialized Maryland Bridge to close her gap. Her gap was due to genetics.
Right (After Invisalign): Post Invisalign treatment, the gap between #8 and #9 was closed.
Left (Before Invisalign): Patient had a crossbite and his lateral incisors (#7 and #10) were pushed in so much so that it was hiding behind the front two teeth.
Right (After Invisalign): The crossbite was fixed and the lateral incisors (#7 and #10) were brought out more to the front. The two front teeth (#8 and #9) were also slightly adjusted so that they are more evenly aligned with each other.
